You start with a 30-minute talk about your skin and routine, and then Genoveva gives a gentle facial. Plan on 90 minutes in all.

A gentle facial is 60 minutes, a massage-led facial 75 and a slower visit 90. A first visit is 90 minutes.

Many clients come every four to six weeks, and some come a few times a year. Genoveva talks it over with you, and there's no need to commit to a schedule.

Every new client starts with one, either on its own or as part of the first visit.

Yes. A daughter, a son, a husband or a friend can wait in the sitting area or stay in the room.

Tell Genoveva when you book or on the day. She can raise the bed or work with you seated.

The studio is on the ground floor, with parking at the door and no steps to the entrance.

Wear what you like. A top with an open neck is easiest. Genoveva gives you a towel and a headband for your hair, and steps out while you settle on the bed.

If you have a skin condition, a recent procedure or a new prescription for your skin, ask your doctor first and tell Genoveva when you book. If you're unsure, ask.
