Book on the booking page at any hour, or call or text (210) 555-0109 when the studio is open. A first visit takes a deposit that goes toward your service.

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves to the new time. If you're running late, call, and Genoveva will do what she can with the time that is left.

If you miss a visit without a word, the deposit isn't returned. Call as soon as you know, and she'll find you another time.

Muslin sees adults. A daughter, a son, a husband or a friend can wait in the sitting area or stay in the room during your visit.

Genoveva asks about allergies and past reactions at the consultation. When she wants to try a product, she tries it on a small spot of skin first, and she may ask you to wait a day before the facial.

If something about your visit wasn't right, tell Genoveva before you leave, or call within a week. She'll listen, and offer another visit where it makes sense.

Tips are never expected. If you'd like to leave one, you can add it when you pay, in cash or by card.

Come as you are. There's no need to take off makeup first. Bring what you use at home, or a photo of the labels, and mention anything new you've started in the last two weeks.

If you have a skin condition, a recent procedure, a new prescription for your skin or a health condition that worries you, ask your doctor before you book, and tell Genoveva. She'll tell you when she'd like you to be seen first.
