Your first visit, step by step

Plan on 90 minutes, 30 of them to sit and talk.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Choose a time on the booking page, or call or text. A first visit takes a deposit that goes toward your service. Tell Genoveva if you'd rather be seated or have the bed raised.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Bring what you use on your face at home, or a photo of the labels. If your doctor has prescribed something for your skin, bring its name.

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Parking is at the door, and the room is on the ground floor with no steps. Genoveva meets you in the hall, and you sit and talk before anyone lies down.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

A 30-minute consultation, then a gentle facial: cleansing, a warm towel, a mask and a facial massage. Ask her to slow down or stop at any point.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Afterward

Genoveva writes down what you use at home and what you talked about, and you take a copy. Book your next visit at the desk or online, or wait and see how your skin feels.

The studio

One room, one client at a time

Muslin has a single treatment room, so no one is waiting in the hall and there's no hurry to leave. The room is warm, the lamp is soft, and there's a bench by the window where your things can sit.

What to bring

  • What you use on your face at home, or a photo of the labels

  • Your glasses, if you read with them

  • A daughter, a son or a friend, if you'd like company

  • Any questions you've been saving
